Adrian Cropley is one of the world’s leading internal communication and change strategists, with more than 20 years of experience in a wide range of business communication roles.
Until 2004, Adrian was the head of corporate employee communication for a major telecom company in the Asia Pacific region. He is currently a principal in his own consultancy, based in Australia, that focuses on change, communication and coaching for global clients.
-Adrian has worked on major change communication initiatives and employee communication strategies with a range of clients. These have included Unilever, Shell, Bupa, NAB, ANZ, Infosys and the Australian Tax Office, among others. He also conducts in-house and public training and development programs, as well as strategic planning workshops.
An Accredited Business Communicator (ABC), Adrian guest lectures at RMIT University in Melbourne and serves on the advisory committee for its Public Relations program. He is also a trainer for Melcrum’s Black Belt Internal Communications program in Asia, and serves as a director on the board of an Australian-based IT services company.
A recognized leader in his field, Adrian has won the International Association of Business Communicators’ Gold Quill award multiple times, has served as an IABC Speaker and was IABC’s 2008 Chapter Leader of the Year. In addition, he has held many volunteer positions, including 15 years with the Scout Association of Australia. Adrian held the position of IABC Global Chair in 2011/12.
