When she’s not helping clients, Claire likes to cook, ski and compete in triathlons.

Claire has a background in consumer marketing and brand development, spanning twenty years principally in the entertainment and media sectors. In the past five years, she has focused more on internal communications, change management and group facilitation both in the UK and overseas. Recent clients include HSBC, Shell Global, HP Europe, Coca-Cola Enterprises, Shelter and Endemol.

Prior to joining ROI, Claire was a founder Vice President of in San Francisco, the online charity portal which won Forbes Magazine’s ‘Best of the Web’ award in December 2001. Previously, as Blockbuster’s International Marketing Director in the late nineties, Claire oversaw 25 markets across Asia-Pacific, Europe and South America, and launched new markets in Hong Kong, Poland and South Africa. Prior to that, as Head of Marketing for Barnardo’s, Claire was responsible for the external and internal brand repositioning of the 130-year old charity. In the early nineties, she was a co-founder and Marketing Director of the videogames publisher Accolade Europe, which was bought by Warner Music in 1995. Her early career covered marketing roles in the record and film industries with EMI, Paramount and Universal studios.

Claire earned a BA in Modern Languages from Oxford Brookes University and an Advanced Certificate in Marketing Management Practice from the Chartered Institute of Marketing. She is also a qualified Myers-Briggs trainer, a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and an accredited facilitator through Development Dimensions International.
