Lucy Heskin

A communication professional with broad project management experience, Lucy Heskin specializes in writing, designing and overseeing tailored communication projects for both multi-national and boutique clients. Lucy is passionate about internal communication strategy and lends a creative approach to finding solutions that work for her clients. She has served in a number of roles coordinating events, publishing internal newsletters, developing web content, analytics and user experience, and supporting integration activities following mergers and acquisitions.

Colleagues describe Lucy as processes-oriented and detail-driven. “I actually enjoy the data and measurement aspect of communications,” she said. “The feedback we get from surveys and metrics help to both validate and, more importantly, guide our efforts in making sure the right information is reaching the right audience.”

Prior to joining the ROI team in 2008, Lucy worked for the Public Policy and Communications group at Bayer Healthcare where she designed, wrote and edited material for the internal web site, company newsletter and internal print channels. She also arranged logistics for both large company gatherings and outreach events with the public.She also held the position of Visual Merchandising and Marketing Associate for a retail pharmacy in Southern California where she executed events, marketing promotions, and window displays.

When she’s not working, Lucy enjoys hiking with her family and volunteering in her community. She holds a BA in Communication with High Honors from UC Santa Barbara.
