About Ashleigh
Orange County, North Carolina

If ever there was a real-life Pam Beesley, Ashleigh White is it. Like the beloved character from the hit TV show “The Office,” Ashleigh stays remarkably calm and poised under pressure, no matter how hectic things around her get. She married her office sweetheart — the Jim to her Pam — with whom she has two kids, and a few years ago, she took up watercolor as a hobby, similar to how Pam became a muralist.

And then there are the pranks. “I’m always jumping out from behind a door to scare my family,” she says, adding, “Anything to get a laugh.”

But perhaps the biggest reason Ashleigh resembles her TV twin is that she’s extremely effective at helping people around her succeed. She’s made a career of getting business executives to open up and create meaningful connections with employees, even when communicating doesn’t come naturally to them.

She first discovered this talent while working at Liberty Mutual, where she spent 17 years supporting C-level executives in a number of important roles. Initially responsible for processing disability claims, Ashleigh soon found herself handling marketing communications at a subsidiary, where she quickly earned a reputation as a problem solver whose opinion leaders could trust.

Before long, others took notice of her abilities, and she started getting asked to take on bigger roles inside the enterprise. She spent several years conducting internal comms for Distribution, the Transformation Office, and Talent, then moved to the Global Product and Actuarial organizations, where she advised the Chief Actuary and Head of Innovation.

The key to Ashleigh’s ability to gain each leader’s trust? Listening — and keeping her finger on the organization’s pulse.

“Because of all the connections I make, I often know what’s going on in the business,” she says. “I’ll say to a leader, ‘Look, this is happening. I can’t tell you all the details, but we need to be cautious about what we say. Because down the line, it could have a ripple effect.’”

That ability to provide confidential yet timely, useful advice has helped Ashleigh in numerous ways.

Among her many accomplishments at Liberty Mutual, she helped create a series of AI prompts for mid-level managers to use when preparing remarks for employees; she developed a blog series showcasing senior leaders’ personal sides (including one story that almost broke the company intranet due to all the comments it received); and she produced a “Shark Tank”-like competition to inspire innovation among the global product team.

In 2025, Ashleigh left the world of insurance and joined ROI, where she immediately started using her skills as the office confidante to help leaders at Adobe maximize their benefits and wellbeing offerings.

A native of Radford, Virginia, Ashleigh now lives in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, with her husband, two kids and two rescue dogs, where she runs and attends Burn Boot Camp five days a week, paints for fun and reads an average of 80 books a year.

She has a B.S. in Media Studies from Radford University, an M.A. in Communication from Queens University, and is certified in Prosci change management methodology.
