Sheryl Lewis is the president of ROI Communication and a founding member of the agency.
In her 19 years with the company, she has worked closely with ROI on a wide range of initiatives, including strategy development, change management, leadership alignment and organizational design. She has also served in numerous leadership roles at ROI, including executive vice president, account manager, managing director, head of sales and marketing, strategic advisor and more. During her tenure, Sheryl has also acted as a manager and mentor to ROI team members.
Prior to joining ROI in 2002, Sheryl worked at Quantum Corporation, one of the world’s leading storage suppliers for personal and enterprise computers. At Quantum, she served in a broad array of roles that included VP of talent management, director of management and organizational development, director of business excellence and director of product marketing.
Prior to joining Quantum, Sheryl worked in New York at Data Resources Inc as an economics consultant to Fortune 500 companies.
Sheryl earned a B.A. in Economics from Cornell University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She speaks regularly at national events on the topics of change, innovation and the future of work.
