ROI and PepsiCo R&D win IABC Gold Quill Award of Merit for Internal Communications

There’s nothing better than working with a great client on a project that is meaningful, fulfilling, impactful, AND fun. Except…maybe being recognized by your peers for the end result!

We are incredibly excited to head to the 2019 IABC World Conference in Vancouver to receive a Gold Quill Award of Merit for ROI’s work on “Bringing the PepsiCo One R&D Key Beliefs to Life.”  Let’s also give a big shout out to our client and co-winner, Andrea Foote, senior director, R&D Communications, for creating an environment that encouraged collaboration and partnership.

Together, we crafted a plan that included PepsiCo R&D employees at all levels and over a dozen sites around the globe to create and implement the Key Beliefs, a new set of principles and values, with the goal of sparking even greater employee collaboration and innovation. To bring the Key Beliefs to life, ROI and the PepsiCo R&D Communications team created a multi-faceted communication campaign complemented by site celebrations, eye-catching iconography and video elements, launched across the global R&D organization.

This campaign was a true highlight of the past year – combining strategic, creative, and hands-on opportunities to do things differently, navigate changes that came our way, and deliver something that really connected with our audience. It’s an honor to have this project be recognized by such a respected and widely recognized professional association like IABC.
