October 2021 Tech Talk Recap: Ramping Up Employee Email Strategy with Tools Like ContactMonkey
During our latest Tech Talk, we explored how communicators can improve employee engagement with exciting new email campaign technologies that were originally developed for marketing pros. These new internal email software platforms allow you to easily create, send and track responsive HTML newsletters from your Outlook or Gmail inbox.
To provide best practices and real-life experiences, we invited one of our platform partners, ContactMonkey, to lead the conversation with ROI Partner Group members. During a lively conversation, we touched on many topics such as spicing up emails with GIFs, videos, clickable icons and learned how to engage for productivity and boost employee engagement by using emoji reactions, pulse surveys, eNPS—all with the goal of ensuring maximum open and click rates. ContactMonkey’s Head of Marketing, Katie Liston and Account Executive, Lena El-Ayoubi shared insights from their recent internal email benchmark report, including average open rates, click rates and the best times and frequency for sending internal emails to employees.
